By using DollVoice you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
DollVoice lets you create AI companion dolls and chat with them by text and voice. Your dolls are fictional characters generated by AI. They are not real people, they are not conscious, and nothing they say is professional advice — medical, legal, financial, or otherwise. Do not rely on them for anything that matters.
DollVoice is for adults aged 18 and over. We ask for your date of birth when you register, and we will not open an account for anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it.
Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
You must not create, request, upload, or post:
Breaking these rules can get your content removed and your account suspended or deleted, with no refund.
Every message and every piece of public content has a report button. We review reports within 24 hours and act on them — removing content, suspending accounts, or both. Content is also screened automatically before it is posted. You can block any user; blocking is mutual and immediate, and hides both of you from each other.
If your account is suspended and you think we got it wrong, email support@dollvoice.com and we will take another look.
What you create stays yours. You give us the permission we need to store it, process it, and show it to the people you share it with, so that the app can work. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
AI output can be wrong, strange, or unintentionally offensive. We screen it, but we cannot guarantee it will always be appropriate. Please report anything that crosses a line — it is the main way we find problems.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or stop offering the service entirely with reasonable notice.
DollVoice is provided "as is". We do not promise it will always be available, or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We will tell you in the app before any material change to these terms takes effect. Continuing to use DollVoice after that means you accept the new version.

本条款发生实质性变更前，我们会在应用内告知你。在此之后继续使用玩偶星球，即表示你接受新版本。
Al usar DollVoice aceptas estos términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, por favor no uses la aplicación.
DollVoice te permite crear muñecos de compañía con IA y charlar con ellos por texto y voz. Tus muñecos son personajes ficticios generados por IA. No son personas reales, no tienen conciencia, y nada de lo que digan es asesoramiento profesional —médico, legal, financiero ni de ningún otro tipo—. No confíes en ellos para nada importante.
DollVoice es solo para adultos de 18 años o más. Te pedimos tu fecha de nacimiento al registrarte y no abriremos una cuenta a nadie menor de 18 años. Si descubrimos que una cuenta pertenece a un menor de 18 años, la cerraremos.
Guarda tu contraseña en privado; eres responsable de lo que ocurra en tu cuenta. Avísanos de inmediato si crees que otra persona tiene acceso a ella.
No debes crear, solicitar, subir ni publicar:
Incumplir estas reglas puede suponer la eliminación de tu contenido y la suspensión o eliminación de tu cuenta, sin reembolso.
Cada mensaje y cada contenido público tiene un botón de denuncia. Revisamos las denuncias en 24 horas y actuamos: retiramos contenido, suspendemos cuentas o ambas cosas. El contenido también se revisa automáticamente antes de publicarse. Puedes bloquear a cualquier usuario; el bloqueo es mutuo e inmediato, y os oculta al uno del otro.
Si tu cuenta queda suspendida y crees que nos equivocamos, escribe a support@dollvoice.com y lo revisaremos de nuevo.
Lo que creas sigue siendo tuyo. Nos concedes el permiso necesario para almacenarlo, procesarlo y mostrarlo a las personas con quienes lo compartas, para que la aplicación funcione. Ese permiso termina cuando eliminas el contenido o tu cuenta.
La salida de la IA puede ser incorrecta, extraña u ofensiva sin intención. La revisamos, pero no podemos garantizar que siempre sea apropiada. Por favor denuncia cualquier cosa que cruce la línea: es nuestra principal forma de detectar problemas.
Puedes eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento desde Perfil → Ajustes → Eliminar cuenta. Podemos suspender o cerrar una cuenta que incumpla estos términos, o dejar de ofrecer el servicio por completo con un aviso razonable.
DollVoice se ofrece «tal cual». No prometemos que esté siempre disponible ni libre de errores. En la máxima medida que permita la ley, no somos responsables de pérdidas indirectas o consecuentes, y nuestra responsabilidad total se limita a lo que nos hayas pagado en los doce meses anteriores a la reclamación.
Te avisaremos en la aplicación antes de que entre en vigor cualquier cambio sustancial de estos términos. Seguir usando DollVoice después de eso significa que aceptas la nueva versión.
